GUESTCLOUD - BESPOKE VIRTUAL EVENT PLATFORM

GuestCloud is a virtual event platform. The company connects people around the globe and engages communities online with webinars, live streams, meetings, conferences, and more. A white-labeled platform allows companies to showcase their brand identity across every touchpoint, build brand recognition and leave a lasting impression with each online event.

Problem statement

GuestCloud is a comprehensive virtual event platform that helps bring organizers and attendees together for fully realized virtual events, such as conferences, webinars, live streams, and meetings. GuestCloud makes it possible for organizations to provide an engaging & interactive event experience to their global audience and transform the way people connect, interact and host events.

The company has strong competition in the emerging event landscape and looks for a way to stand out in a competitive job market. GuestCloud’s brand identity and website needed to be redesigned with a fresh and appealing new look to ensure existing customers are kept and new ones are converted. Besides that, the value proposition needed to be conveyed more effectively in the company’s marketing efforts. The design draws peoples’ attention, but the message is what persuades the user to act.

Project scope

The project's scope was to create a new brand identity, including colors, logo, design guidelines, that identify and distinguish the brand in consumer’s minds, and then apply the new brand identity into the company’s website and all marketing channels.

My results

A website is one of the most representative aspects of a company’s brand identity. GuestCloud’s digital product - virtual event platform is presented on a new eye-catching website. The main aim of the website redesign was to clearly communicate the company’s unique selling proposition, promote virtual event platform, generate leads, increase sales and raise awareness about GuestCloud. I participated in creating a refreshed brand, a reimagined website, and a clearer idea of what GuestCloud stands for.


The updated website will help GuestCloud communicate the value proposition, attract new leads, and increase brand awareness. Consistent brand identity ensures that the company’s brand is easily recognizable across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
